I find purpose in teaching people how to successfully build wealth via real estate, and how to achieve their real estate goals. I have been fortunate enough to call the Tacoma North End home for the past 20 years and have sold real estate for 15. I love living and being a small business owner in the North End; incredible walkability, gorgeous homes, delicious restaurants, and numerous parks and play spaces for our kids.
I started Commencement Bay Brokers over 10 years ago and have built one of the most successful boutique real estate firms in Pierce County. We have a team approach that allows us to provide an extremely high level of customer service before, during, and after the purchase or sale of a home. We are primarily referral-based and have built a large book of business throughout all of Pierce County.
I earned my B.A. in Community Service from Saint Martin’s University where I also played baseball. I am also extremely passionate about basketball and my hometown of Mount Vernon in Skagit Valley. My wife Emily and I have four children who are actively involved in everything from competitive sports teams, drama, and music. I currently serve on the National Alumni Board for Saint Martin’s University and I am a member of the Tacoma Athletic Commission. Each year I also actively raise money and participate in activities for Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF).
